Check out this awesome video from Common Craft. It clarifies Social Media’s role in todays business world. Honestly, it made me feel good about the part I’m playing in new media. I love being able to produce my own flavor of ice cream without waiting for Baskin-Robbins to tell me it good enough to sell in their stores. ;~)
